We are fully insured with Cliverton Insurance Company, and licensed with Solihull Council for dog and cat boarding.
We are now the ONLY licensed home boarders for cats in Solihull.

TotalCare4Pets have been looking after Mabel since May 2012 and we can't find enough words to express how fabulous they have been. Having just moved to the area and left behind a dog walker that we trusted implicitly we were worried about not being able to find someone as good. Looking back I have no idea what we were worried about.
Having been at home several times when she is collected, the crashing of paws down the stairs and dancing in the hall before they open the door is enough testament from her that she is as happy as a lark with them. She is always immaculately clean, all evidence of anything she rolls in is removed, they put her in a raincoat for the wet days and provide tennis balls, and little treats for her when she's dropped home, all at no extra cost.
TotalCare4Pets also provide boarding services which we have used and will most definitely be using again. I'm sure they had to bribe Mabel to come back home to us judging by the sulking she did when she came home!
Mabel is a big part of our family, and we would never settle for second best for her. We know that TotalCare4Pets take the best care of her and treat her as we would, we really couldn't ask for more. To say that I would recommend them is an understatement. I would go a step further and actively encourage anyone who has come across TotalCare4Pets website to stop looking - you've found what you're looking for!
